950+ messages delivered
Ss. Peter and Paul parishioners are brightening the lives of residents of our local assisted living community by writing cards and letters to them. Our Letter Writing Ministry currently services Heritage Park, Freedom Village, Brookdale and Discovery Commons. So far, our parish family has touched the lives of more than 950 folks through their messages.
We invite all parishioners to join us in this ministry to people residing in facilities. You can just write a short note or use your stockpiled greeting cards. On the envelope, please note the intended recipient (man, woman, child, youth, veteran) and the occasion (any day, birthday, holiday, mother's/father's day, etc.) Cards and letters can be left in the Church Office. CWA will facilitate delivery to the facilities. Again, thank you for reaching out to our neighbors who cannot live in their own homes!
