The Prayer Shawl Ministry offers all Knitters and Crocheters a creative and caring way to live their faith
In addition to our parish, the Prayer Shawl ladies donate their handiwork to many organizations in our community, including:
Memory Care Units, Stillpoint House of Prayer, Tidewell Hospice of Bradenton, Ronald McDonald House of St. Pete, Project Rachel, Project Light, the Dream Center for the Homeless, Florida Cancer Specialists at Blake Hospital, The Little Sisters of the Poor in Denver, Co., and Sisters of Providence of St. Mary of the Woods.

Come join us on the 1st and 3rd Monday of the month
from 10:00-11:00am in the
Msgr. Moretti Center. You can also work from home.
SHAWLS & BLANKETS
AVAILABLE
We invite our parish family to bring one of our handmade blankets or shawls as a gift to someone they know who is experiencing illness or difficulties.
The items are prayed over, blessed, beautifully wrapped, and free of charge, courtesy of the Prayer Shawl ladies.
Come pick one up from the bookcase in the Msgr. Moretti Center or call 941-795-2540.
YARN NEEDED!
We go through a LOT of yarn, more than the ladies can supply by themselves.
To help fill this need, please bring yarn donations to the Moretti Center in a bag labeled "Prayer Shawl." Thank you!!
