with an extended homily (not the same as the evening talk)

ABOUT FR. BILL — Fr. Bill Garrott was born and raised in Hagerstown, Maryland. He is the youngest of eight children. He received a bachelor of science in chemistry from Mount St. Mary's University in Emmitsburg, MD. Fr. Bill entered the Order of Preachers in 1988 and was ordained in 1994. He is a member of the Province of St. Joseph whose headquarters is based in New York City. He has a master's degree in spiritual theology from the Angelicum in Rome. He has served as a parochial vicar, campus minister and director of vocations, and has preached over 250 parish missions throughout the United States and Canada using his musical abilities. Fr. Bill is currently assigned to St. Dominic Priory in Washington, D.C.
